Your First Visit

Kerhoulas Dental encourages you to complete our new patient form prior to your first appointment. If you are unable to do so, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the form with our staff.*

New Patient Form

Initial Examination

Your dentist will begin by thoroughly reviewing your dental and medical history, then performing a comprehensive dental exam. This will include an assessment of your teeth, jaw, bite and gums, an oral cancer screening and any X-rays that may be required.

Treatment Plan

Based on your dentist's findings during your exam and your oral health history, your dentist will establish a long-term dental care plan for you. There will also be time to address any questions or concerns you might have regarding your dental health and treatment options.

Office FAQS

Here are some questions we've been asked by other patients at Kerhoulas Dental Rosedale. Read through the answers to learn more about what you can expect during your visit.

Insurance & Financing

At Kerhoulas Dental Rosedale, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance claims so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.

  • Direct Billing to Insurance

We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.

Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments.

Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

  • Payment Methods

Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility and must be paid at the time of your appointment.

We accept payment by debit and most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

It's perfectly normal to have a bit of anxiety or fear about the dentist. But this feeling can prevent people from seeking the dental care that they need. If anxiety or fear has interfered with your dental care in the past, we'd like to try to help.

Our team has a variety of practices in place, including dental sedation options, to try to help you feel relaxed during your appointment.
